Participants need to make their own travel arrangements and book accommodation through the registration link.

ICAM will cover local expenses and reimburse economy class travel for one participant from each currently active ICAM Branch according to the following guidelines for airfares:

• $1000 from Europe

• $800 from Australia

• $800 Paris and $800 London

• $900 Frankfurt and $950 Dresden

• $1000 from USA

Invited speakers are expected to represent their ICAM node. For exception to this policy please contact ICAMadmin@ucdavis.edu
