This exciting meeting on the Pacific Rim, at a beautiful time of the year, will involve our annual meeting of the ICAM Board of Governors and Science Steering Committees, bringing together our global community and combining these important policy meetings with Three Frontier Symposia on Quantum, Soft, and Biological matter, a special remembrance of David Pines, and a discussion on the status of Women in Physics.

 The ICAM-I2CAM meeting will be followed a three day Frontiers in Quantum Matter Workshop, from 16-18 January, 2018. co-hosted by ICAM, the NCTS and Institute of Physics, Academic Sinica. Following the pattern of past ICAM annual meetings, last Frontier Symposium of the Annual meeting on Quantum Matter will open the Frontier in Quantum Matter workshop.

ICAM will cover the economy-class travel and local expenses of one representative per node. (See guidelines).  It is a beautiful time of the year to visit Taiwan, in the warm, sunny winter season. ICAM looks forward 
to a strong participation from each of its nodes.
